Although Tianyi’s ten divine conduits entered the Tengri System the same way his regular conduits did, the results were as different as heaven and earth.

Space changed once the first divine conduit entered through the Tengri System’s dimensional boundary. It froze, shackling the asteroids the divine core hitched a ride on.

Once Tianyi sensed this, he sighed. Initially, he wanted to smuggle his conduits into the Tengri System and strategically hide them. Only when he was ready would he activate them, but now it was impossible. So he began Plan B.

The other divine conduits hiding in the distance shed their disguises and teleported right outside the Tengri System. They immediately invaded, causing the Tengri System to shackle the space around them. Unfortunately, Tianyi possessed superior mastery over spacetime.

Time and space existed in the Tengri System, but they were not balanced. Space was primary, and time was secondary. Even with the disadvantage of the system’s suppression, his ten conduits slipped through their spatial prisons by leveraging his greater mastery over time.

The ten divine conduits did not attack. They simply avoided imprisonment and focused on reaching their destination. They were not the main force for this operation; his regular conduits were.

Like with the Three Thousand Immortal Realms System, the amount of power Tianyi could exert from each conduit had a numerical limit. However, the Tengri System was weaker than the Three Thousand Immortal Realms System, and coupled with his newfound mastery over a myriad of divine-level laws, Tianyi activated over nine hundred conduits.

Most of them were level-zero conduits, but what Tianyi wanted was their ability as anchors. They were spaced strategically apart. The closer to the center of the Tengri System, the more there were, and vice versa. Each one released a large amount of divine essence of chaos. The Tengri System absorbed it, but not for long, as these divine essences coiled and merged with each other to form the Nine Heavens Nebula Formation.

It was a formation Tianyi had not used since the final war against the Numinous Sword Sect.

Like Nebula Negation, the power depended on Tianyi’s mastery over the various worldly laws. It would have been largely ineffective against most divinities because those that majored in the Law of Spacetime and its derivatives were too rare, but Tianyi had mastered many divine-level laws, instantly boosting its power.

Against the divinities, it could not suppress them much, so it was a bit useless, but against the suppression of a system? Perfect.

With the Nine Heavens Nebula Formation, it was as if Tianyi had negated the Tengri System’s control over certain elements, dramatically weakening the suppression. In mathematical terms, the force the Tengri System applied was ten, but Tianyi applied negative ten, making the result zero.

Most systems usually had a set of foundational laws that were very similar to other systems. The only difference would be in the exact laws between each set. For example, the Law of Fire, the Law of Water, the Law of Earth, the Law of Wind, the Law of Light, and the Law of Darkness made up a set for one system, while another system might have the Law of Fire, the Law of Wind, the Law of Earth, the Law of Lightning, and the Law of Water.

Granted, that was only in the material aspect. The Law of Time and the Law of Space were indispensable for a stable system, but they varied in importance. They didn’t need to be too powerful; just the basics were fine, and the two laws often did not reach the divine level in many systems, such as the one he had already conquered.

The tngri, who exited their mortal forms and returned to their true bodies, would not allow Tianyi to act as he liked. All ninety-eight of them that Tianyi had seen appeared, intent on destroying his conduits and destabilizing his Nine Heavens Nebula Formation. Unfortunately, their power had weakened, dropping their strength from the sovereign level to the emperor level.

This puzzled Tianyi.

Logically speaking, he could suppress the divinities of faith like this if he wanted to, but the problem was that he did not target them. He focused only on the Tengri System itself, so why did these divinities weaken so much?

He didn’t have much time to ponder as the divinities of faith also noticed. All of them flew toward each other and merged. The final divinity was a titan with skin like the blue sky and hair like clouds.

“Blasphemous invader, feel Tengri’s wrath!”

Tianyi finally realized it. No wonder the ninety-ninth tngri didn’t appear. The final tngri was actually the amalgamation of all ninety-eight tngri. Or rather, the tngri were just part of God King Tengri!

God King Tengri waved his arm, and Tianyi felt a portion of the Nine Heavens Nebula Formation falter. He figured it wasn’t that easy to defeat a god king on his home ground. Under Tianyi’s control, a portion of the conduits split from the Nine Heavens Nebula Formation and formed a new one, a lesser Nine Heavens Nebula Formation. The greater Nine Heavens Nebula Formation did not weaken at all.

Tianyi had already considered this, so he brought many conduits as backup. The lesser Nine Heavens Nebula Formation transformed into the Nine Heavens Nebulous Titan. He could only display his true power in the True Nothingness, so he had to use the Nine Heavens Nebulous Titan in order to unleash as much power as possible.

A titanic silver sword with countless golden etchings appeared in the Nine Heavens Nebulous Titan’s hand. Countless stars bloomed on the blade, making it resemble a silver night sky. As God King Tengri attacked for the third time, he raised the sword above his head and slashed down.

God King Tengri didn’t block or dodge. He punched with both hands. The spacetime divine sword split one arm, but the other fist landed on his body, forcing him back. Although there were no cracks on the Nine Heavens Nebula Titan, countless divine essences of chaos spewed from its body. The ruptures swiftly closed, sealing the divine essence of chaos, and the Nine Heavens Nebula Titan charged forward.

The god king’s dismembered arm regenerated instantly, and he also reciprocated the Nine Heavens Nebula Titan’s actions.

The two exchanged countless blows. Neither side defended, allowing their foe’s attack to strike them countless times. God King Tengri’s attacks carried no finesse. He had just gathered a bunch of laws and power for brute force. Tianyi had more finesse, but his blows still carried pure power.

Of the five styles Bao Ling used, Tianyi was inclined more toward the one that pursued brute strength and pure speed. For every single attack Tengri landed, Tianyi landed two. It was obvious that he held the upper hand, but God King Tengri showed no panic and continued his offensive without care. Even if Tianyi decapitated him, his neck would heal.

It was purely an endurance match, but as time went on, Tianyi’s attacks struck more and more. From dealing two attacks to taking one, it changed to three attacks for one injury. The rate was slowly increasing by decimals, and it was only a matter of time before Tianyi could deal four attacks when he suffered one.

The source was his increasing mastery of the brute force and speed style of the Law of Sword. In addition, Tianyi also gained insight into the assassination style. As he used those three styles, he replaced the laws Bao Ling used with a combination that fit him more.

He named the brute force one Heavenbreak Style, based on the Law of Five Phases. Although his Law of Five Phases had not reached the divine level, he had mastered a preliminary fusion of the five elemental laws. So even if it had not reached the divine level, its power surpassed any one elemental law.

For speed, it was based on the Law of Light, the Law of Darkness, and the Law of Death. Tianyi called it the Limitless Style. The last one was called the Ephemeral Style, and it was based on the Law of Spacetime. Because it was the law he specialized in, his mastery of the style soon eclipsed the Heavenbreak and Limitless Styles.

Tianyi’s spacetime divine sword disappeared from God King Tengri’s senses. Only when it struck would he sense it. If the two were outside in the True Nothingness and not within the Tengri System, Tianyi would have been able to conceal the entire Nine Heavens Nebula Titan and not just the spacetime divine sword.

In fact, he could also conceal the entire Nine Heavens Nebula Titan, but that would require him to abandon the greater Nine Heavens Nebula Formation. His consciousness simply couldn’t handle all the calculations needed. The Nine Heavens Nebula Formation had a niche use, and it required too much concentration. Anyone else but Tianyi would have never used it and deemed it a failure of a formation.

The rate of Tianyi’s successful attacks increased from three-to-one to five-to-one after more than ten years of battle. After he reached that point, Tianyi found increasing it difficult. He had used up all the accumulated insights from his battle against Bao Ling.

Despite the extreme disadvantage, God King Tengri did not seem anxious. He continued to receive Tianyi’s attacks without an ounce of defense, focusing solely on destroying his Nine Heavens Nebula Titan.

Tianyi had a good guess as to what God King Tengri was planning. It was nothing more than a trick he had used many times: exhausting the opponent to death. If he had merged his divine world with the system, God King Tengri would have received a limitless supply of energy so long as the system did not run out.

But there was also another puzzling point.

Although God King Tengri reached the divine level in terms of power, his usage of the laws was very crude. If Tianyi had to compare, it would be as if he possessed a divine world without actually mastering a divine-level law. It was very strange.

Tianyi didn’t know how long this endurance match would last. It would have been great if God King Tengri had not merged with the system, and the only reason he fought so long was to hone his skills. Since he couldn’t improve in a short amount of time, Plan B turned into Plan C.

The ten divine conduits Tianyi prepared all manifested their illusionary divine worlds, overlapping with each other and covering the entire Tengri System.

God King Tengri roared. He could sense the imminent threat and wanted to get rid of the divine conduits, but Tianyi didn’t let him and had his Nine Heavens Nebula Titan entangle him. Since he couldn’t physically reach the divine conduits, he tried to teleport.

Unfortunately, Tianyi’s mastery over spacetime surpassed his control over space. Not to mention that he had not mastered the divine-level Law of Space. So his teleportation was interrupted. Tianyi even allowed him to start the process, only to halt it midway, which gave him abundant time to strike him tens of times.

The god king knew he couldn’t escape Tianyi, so his body split into two. One flew toward a divine conduit, while the other blocked the Nine Heavens Nebula Titan. Unfortunately, the fission process weakened both halves, and Tianyi easily controlled both of them.

In this case, two was not better than one, so the two Tengris reunited into one and battled against Tianyi. Unfortunately, it had already abandoned all defenses, and despite his urgency, his anger and helplessness did not aid him.

While the Nine Heavens Nebula Titan dealt with God King Tengri, his divine conduits all started Chaos Fusion. Unlike the other times, the Tengri System did not absorb the divine world quintessence. However, that was par for the course.

Only a World Will without sapience would absorb it and invite a wolf into its home. Since that was the case, Tianyi directly materialized the spacetime divine worlds and started the merger.

“Huh?”
