It has been approximately a week since she entered university.

Kasai Yui was still desperately trying her best to get used to a different environment.

"Good morning, Yui-chan"

"Chiyo-chan! Good morning~"

Yui lightly exchanged a greeting with a friend that she met during recreation the day after the entrance ceremony. Then, the girl immediately sat next to Yui who was waiting for the lecture to start.

Yui, who thought that she should make as many friends as possible at this time when she has just entered university, has been focusing on interacting with other students. For that reason, she hasn't gone to the dungeon for the past week.

At least, her only salvation was the fact that she currently didn't belong to any party, hence, she didn't trouble anyone.

A little while after the lecture started, Chiyo suddenly opened her mouth.

"Ah, that's right, Yui-chan. Actually, I found a nice circle, how about we go there together? The seniors there are really cool, you know?"

"I-I see. That might be good."

If she continues capturing the dungeon once a week as if having a part-time job, surely she would be able to enjoy circle activities at the same time too.

Thus, although she wasn't really interested in it, she decided to nod for the time being.

(Besides, I felt like it was kinda weird if I explained I’m capturing dungeons…)

Many college students, especially girls, don’t really have a good opinion about adventurer’s activities. Apart from just acquiring status, the majority of them thought it was better to enjoy youth as a university student than becoming a full-fledged adventurer.

… In fact, if she wasn’t able to acquire status, Yui was sure that she would have been like that too.

Feeling a little awkward, Yui withdraws her eyes off Chiyo. And then, a figure of a girl entered her eyes.

The girl sat alone at the back of the classroom and listened to the lecture while wearing headphones (probably not listening to the lecture). She was a very beautiful girl with a calm atmosphere.

Yui was convinced, that what the girl was listening to with that seemingly expensive headphone was likely some kind of wonderful music such as classical music.

Then, when Chiyo who was next to Yui, saw the girl in Yui's line of sight, she opened her mouth as if she knew something about the girl.

"Yui-chan, are you curious about Kurosaki-san?"

"Kurosaki-san?"

"Yes, Kurosaki Rei-san. She is actually from the same high school as me. Well, I barely ever talked to her, though. That's because she was always listening to music and had an atmosphere that kept others away."

"I see…"

Yui was very much curious about the girl called Kurosaki Rei and strongly thought she wanted to talk to her if possible.

However, that would be difficult. Because from what Chiyo said, she doesn't seem to like to interact with others very much. Hence, she might feel uncomfortable if Yui suddenly initiated a conversation with her.

But strangely, Yui's curious feeling didn't disappear even after recognizing that.

(Kurosaki-san, huh… I wish I could talk to her someday)

And she kept holding such a wish in her chest.

And then, a little over a month later.

"Ah, Rei-chan! Let's go home together!"

"… Yui. Alright"

As she discovered the figure of Rei, Yui rushed to her with a smile.

Since she met Rei a few weeks ago when she was with Rin, their relationship has come to a point where they would talk to each other whenever they meet like this.

And as she talked with Rei, Yui found out that Rei doesn't really hate interacting with others. Nonetheless, it doesn't seem that she likes it too, though.

One time, although thinking about how it might be a nuisance, Yui asked about why she always wore headphones like she was trying to keep people away.

Then, Rei began to writhe, "Ku, my head…!" and stopped the question just like that. Thus, in the end, Yui still didn't know what the reason was even now.

Here, suddenly, Yui recalled what she had wanted to ask Rei for a while.

"Nee, Nee, in the end, Rei-chan is still continuing your adventurer activities solo, right? You don't think to join a new guild or party?"

"…. It's not like I haven't thought about it. Doing it alone was quite difficult after all. Rin, who can do that, is very strange."

"Nn~ Well, Rin-senpai is Rin-senpai after all! Rather than that, I have a suggestion for you, Rei-chan–"

After hearing Rei's reply, Yui's face lightens, and she makes a suggestion to Rei who was listening to the suggestion with great interest.
