Chapter 86: Chatting about life
I first logged off to take a break .

When I came out of my room, I saw Summer and Zi Yue massaging each other .   Zi Yue’s slender white legs were placed over on Summer’s legs and she was enjoying an issue of Ray Li .   Summer’s soft hands were pinching Zi Yue, causing her to narrow her eyes in pleasure as she opened her mouth a bit .   This scene really wasn’t suited for children to see .

I didn’t say anything and walked into the kitchen .   I cooked a bowl of noodles and took it over to a coffee table on the side to eat .

Summer quickly shouted out, “Bookworm, I want to eat as well!”

I said with a smile, “Want to eat?  Alright, help me massage my shoulders… . . ”

“Un, alright!”

To my surprise, Summer quickly agreed and took half my noodles .   She quickly finished it in a few bites and licked her lips as she said, “I never thought that instant noodles could be this delicious……”

I revealed a smile before brewing a cup of coffee to revitalize myself .   I want to level later and there were less people stealing mobs at night, so I had to seize that chance .   Moreover, Ling Xue had her test tomorrow and couldn’t log on in the morning, so it wasn’t too late for me to log on in the afternoon!

Summer immediately said with an angry smile, “Damn you, you think that I’m that kind of person?  Just like, that… . . . No, I’m very pure!”

I nodded, “That’s right, I know .   Summer is pure like a diamond is hard and you’re very kind!”

Summer pursed her lips into a soft smile, “Right, right!”

Zi Yue on the side fixed her hair and stood up .   She said with a smile, “If we really can’t play the game in the future, what would we do?  I didn’t bring a lot of living expenses before I came from a faraway city… . . . It seems to be the same with Rain Fall .   Summer, your parents didn’t oppose to you coming out alone to make a living?”

Summer was stunned before saying with a smile, “What about it!  I’ve always been a child in their eyes, but I want to prove to them that I’m already grown up!”

After saying this, Summer raised her rather small chest in front of me .   Un, it did become a bit bigger, it swelled to the size of a soup dumpling!

Although I couldn’t see which part of Summer was grown, I still said with a smile, “Relax, Xue Yue won’t disband, we will become legends in Spirit of Grief!”

Zi Yue and Summer smiled at each other before simultaneously tilting their heads to ask, “Bookworm, if something were to happen in the future, would you abandon us?”

I was a bit surprised, but then I said with a smile, “We are friends, of course I wouldn’t give up on you guys……”

Zi Yue and Summer revealed happy smiles .   At this time, the door to the side opened and Bing Cha came out while rubbing her eyes .   She said with an embarrassed smile, “I actually fell asleep while leveling earlier . Forget it, I’ll take a shower and get a good night’s sleep .   I must be too tired from PKing today!”



Bing Cha looked at me and said, “Yi?  What are the three of you doing, you’re not even turning on the TV?”

“Oh, we’re talking about life!”  Summer dodged the question .

Bing Cha naturally didn’t believe her, so she said to me, “Bookworm, are you logging on later?”

I nodded, “Un, I want to level all night!”

Bing Cha said with a happy smile, “Un, good!  Then we’re going to bed first! We’ll call you tomorrow morning for breakfast!”

“Alright . ”

After saying this, Bing Cha headed to the bathroom .   I chugged my coffee and after sending Zi Yue and Summer back to their room, I went to my room to log in again!

Appearing in the city, I sold several pieces of Dark Iron Equipment, which were very cheap .   I only got a few gold coins from each piece, but following the principle of putting ever grain in the granary, I didn’t waste them .

I went to the weapon shop to repair my equipment and to fill up on iron arrows before heading to the potion shop to fill up on potions . There were mainly blue potions in the ones I bought since after the Thousand Bladed Arrows leveled up, its MP consumption had greatly increased .

At this time, Ling Yue sent me a message, “All night?”



I replied, “Un, want to come together?”

Ling Yue sent a smiling emoji, “No~~I need to sleep early to help improve my looks!”

The reason I picked the Hero Memorial Park was because the undead monsters there reached level 50 and I could pull in a large group to kill!

Opening my skills list, I saw that my Dodge skill had reached high level, increasing my evasion by 10% .   This was one of the reasons why I could easily kill mobs since a lot of the time, those monster directly missed me when they attacked .   That kind of feeling was very satisfying!

On the way there, we saw many Sunset City players bravely fighting the undead .   Some played risky and some took much more methodical methods, with berserkers and warriors pulling mobs, mages and archers dealing DPS, and clerics healing them .   Under this perfect harmony, there wasn’t any danger at all .

In order to be safe, I turned off my equipment effects and even hid my name .   Like this, I was just a simple archer, looking like any other player, only I was a solo player .   There were few people who thought that this person was Easily Angered Bookworm who was third on the Chinese Server level rankings!

After half an hour, I passed through the front of the Hero Memorial Park and went into the place that we hadn’t gone before .   Limping around me were skeleton warriors who were level 50 . In this place, a normal player couldn’t survive here and even a party didn’t have the ability to level here .   After all, level 50 skeletons had dominating attack power that players under level 40 couldn’t handle .

Going not much deeper, there was a giant basin that was covered in black corroded ground, with flies dancing in the air .   There were large numbers of skeletons scattered across the ground and they were different from the skeletons outside . These skeletons actually had simple armour on and although the black armour seemed a bit worn out, it definitely increased their defense by quite a bit!

I immediately looked at the stats of the monster and results surprised me a bit .
