And then after reaching home, Mio told the story Aikawa told her, and Maria responded in that way as she sat on the living room sofa.

–Basara and Yuki, who she went home with, are currently shopping for ingredients for their dinner.

Normally, Maria would do this kind of shopping while Mio, Basara, and Yuki were in school.

However, due to what happened during the incident where Zolgear took advantage of Maria by kidnapping her mother Sheila, the moderate faction ordered Maria not to leave the Toujou household for the foreseeable future. Shopping for groceries is a one-person job, but with the way Basara was targeted at the train station a few days ago, everyone agreed it’s best they stick together for now.

So, with that said, it was Basara’s and Yuki’s turn to buy groceries.

“No, but… Even including Hasegawa-sensei”

That certainly can’t be true.
