I didn’t follow her; I could have landed a few more hits, but earlier, I could have killed her. So, there’s no need for the hits.

However, if she comes at me again, I will not kill her; that would be bad, but it wouldn’t be merciful in my beating.

The elf is still needlessly fighting against my shield. Carter is still getting suppressed, and the two on each side are ready to enter the battlefield at any time.

We watched in silence until they disappeared from their soul sense. Their soul sense; they are still in the range of my soul waves.

"It was a good thing. You have arrived on time, Arys, or I don’t even want to think what more they have asked of you," said Carter with a sigh.

He is pleased and relieved. If I had been in its place, I would have been, too. Every prime is an enormous asset. Especially the one as powerful as me.

"Not too much; they wouldn’t have crossed the line," I replied. They would have, but they wouldn’t have needed to cross the line to get what they wanted.

"Still, thank you, Arys," he thanked. I didn’t say anything other than smile.

"It took you quite a while to come back," he said after a moment of silence. "It wasn’t easy; there were too many Primes in the cavern and outside," I replied, and to that, he smiled.

"Still, you have let others even have a hint of you. I didn’t hear a single thing about you. After, you stepped into the jump pad, every news about you had disappeared," he said.

This time, it is my turn to smile. It wasn’t easy, but I did it; I left the cave without any trace.

"By the way, what happened, Prime Herval? It is said he followed after you?" he asked curiously.

I wanted to say dead. Killed by the monster, which is the truth. Instead, I brought a surprise to my face.

"Really? He stepped into the jump pad that had been attacked?" I asked back. "Some people are idiots like that or, I might say, greedy," he replied.

I didn’t say anything to that and turned toward the Taurus. Soon, all four of us are flying toward it.

"Is Belial’s Star attacking, or have others attacked before?" I asked, and his expression turned serious. "It was a third attack. Kasgom was first, the second the cloaked," he replied with a sigh.

"It will take a while for this mania of forbidden power crystal to die down," I said, and he nodded heavily.

"Let’s just not suffer any attack, or those that came to us were not strong enough," said Prime Rina. She looked tired; the woman had fought a hard battle.

"Let’s hope," said Carter.

Soon, we entered the stable space and traveled spatially. Reaching the Taurus in a record time.

"Have you heard any news on Micheal Zaar?" I asked, as we stopped.

"Too many; he seemed to be on every continent, and after the forbidden crystal affairs, people are searching for him even madly," he replied with a smile.

"Even I wanted to follow one of the leads, but given the current circumstances, I could not, and I hope you would not as well. At least till mania dies down," he cautions.

"It’s such a regret. If I got him, opening several seals wouldn’t be a problem," I said, sighing.

"Your strength increased tremendously. It seemed like those forbidden powers’ crystals helped you a lot," he said, and I smiled.

"They unsealed only a fraction. I wish it had been more," I muttered to myself.

A curiosity appeared in his eyes. I could see he wanted to ask me about it but didn’t.

Soon, I reached over the city, and I stopped. They stopped and celebrated.

"We should celebrate. We have survived quite an ordeal," he invited. I shook my head, "I am tired and don’t want to do anything other than sleep," I replied.

"We will meet tomorrow then," he stated, and I nodded before flying toward my house. The plot actually took the abode to me when I left.

I appeared above the plot, and a moment later, the abode appeared on it, still in the same chalet design.

A second after that, a formation flew out of me and buried itself in the ground before activating. I had reforged it, and it is much better now.

I landed in front of it and walked toward it. I could see many eyes on me; I smiled and waved at a few familiar people before opening the door and walking inside.

"Home sweet home," I said and wanted to do nothing but lie down.

I didn’t lie to Carter. I want to do nothing but lie down, and I will, but first, I went to the bathroom to freshen up. When I came back, I sat down with a food box appearing in front of me.

I am going to take a nice long sleep, and I don’t want anything, including hunger, to wake me up.
