Chapter 911: Brimgan Trump Cards
Brimgan Empire!
Seated in the Brimgan Palace's throne room was Boul Brimgan, watching the Ministers giving him an account of everything happening in the Empire.
"We have recently purchased two thousand unique Spirit Weapons from the Quip Clan. Six hundred of them have suitable cultivation techniques in our Royal Library." The Minister of Education stated, "We've begun developing them and soon plan to have at least a thousand Free Humans cultivate it."
Plan of a Thousand!
The Brimgan Empire launched it to select a group of Free Humans and name them a Family. Each Family was given a cultivation technique and mining rights to the respective mineral. The existing Families with Silver Grade strength were left to their devices, since they had enough foundation.
The population with only Iron Grade strength was targeted. The Brimgan Empire intended to elevate its overall strength until it was ready to wage war against both the Varahan Empire and beings from other Continents in the future.
The war against the Varahan Empire was basically an effort to test their war strategies on a large scale, refine their methods, and gain enough experience to face those from other Continents.
Silver Grade minerals were rarer in terms of availability as compared to Iron Grade minerals. Even though a blessed region such as the Brimgan Empire was capable of producing enough to satisfy them all, there existed plenty of useful Iron Grade minerals that was necessary to run the Empire.
Hence, the Plan of a Thousand. If the selected Family was to practice its respective cultivation technique and build Human Avatars out of the intended mineral, they'll be given grants by the Empire.
Monetary, Skills, knowledge, and many other forms of assistance. Such extensive care was bound to elevate the strength of any Family, and hence, the plan was put in motion.
By having every Family practice a cultivation technique, the Brimgan Empire was diversifying its capabilities and enriching its populace's capabilities in a variety of sectors.
Before, they couldn't take on such a task, despite living on a blessed land. They had no lack of mineral resources, or even food, thanks to the Brimgan Founder's setup. But with the arrival of the Quip Clan, the Brimgan Empire was able to finally flex its financial muscle.
Whatever the world required could be produced by the Brimgan Empire, making them the largest exporter in the Quip Clan's trade network. They were exporting goods at volumes almost forty percent of the Quip Clan's total trade volume.
This was despite the Quip Clan's growth and them adding more and more forces into their trade network. The Brimgan Empire was simply an unquenchable behemoth, one that was awakened after the mass slaughter that happened during the Second Major Disaster.
The populace that lived happily in their blessed land was now triggered by the loss of their friends, families, etc. and were the most motivated in their history.
'We're growing stronger at a rapid pace.' Boul Brimgan thought as he listened to the Ministers' report, 'But, it's still not enough. We're currently the superior power, but the growth speed of the Wean Clan is vastly superior.'
'When we wage a war, our Gold Grade strength can dominate their Gold Grade strength. But they could quickly recover from their losses in mere decades. However,' He sighed mildly, 'It takes our Royals a Century on average to build each body.'
A Wean Clansman could actually reach the 10-Life Stage in a century. That was what Boul Brimgan was most concerned about. If the two Empires were to wage a war multiple times, the Brimgan Empire would absolutely decimate the latter the first few times.
But in later wars, they'll start seeing more defeats than wins, and eventually, the number of Gold Grade existence in the Brimgan Empire would pale in comparison to the Varahan Empire, so much so that the advantage brought by their superior range could no longer carry them.@@novelbin@@
"Hence, with our estimates, we can head into war within the next two decades." The Minister of Raids concluded.
"That's enough," Boul Brimgan snapped his finger and waited patiently as a man entered the throne room, sporting a 10-Storey Storage Lantern strung along the side of his hip.
"I greet Your Majesty, the strongest Free Human in Sumatra's history!" The man bowed in respect, his back arching until his forehead almost touched the floor.
"Convey the status of your mission to everyone here." Boul Brimgan said coolly.
