Chapter 886: I...Will Miss You, Dad!
Waves of influence permeated into her body from the layer of stone covering her, weakening her physical state to the limit. Normally, this would have suppressed around five to twenty percent of her strength, for Rocky Intimidation was only a Silver Grade Nature.
Even when unleashed by Gannala, the effectiveness only increased enough to weaken Ruvva by a maximum of twenty percent. However, that was in case Ruvva had her Prana.
The rocky layer had also been mixed with the shells of a Prana Bomb, which absorbed her Prana rapidly and dripped a fluid from the exterior. This was the fluid within a Prana Bomb, and now it dripped out after brimming with Ruvva's Prana.
Completely drained of all Prana, Ruvva stared helplessly as the layer-of rock and Prana Bomb shell-covering her face was removed through Subtle Terrain Domination. Gannala's face loomed before her as the latter's voice resounded with dead seriousness, "Give me what I seek, Ruvva."
"Fine! Fine! I will give it to you! Gosh, so annoying!" Ruvva groaned in displeasure, "I was just kidding around, you know? Can't a sister do at least that much?"
"Seriously!" Ruvva pouted as she glared cutely at Gannala, "I was joking around before. Can't you free me now, pretty please?"
"Big sissy!" Ruvva said, trailing her voice upon observing a lack of reaction from Gannala, "Sissyyyyyyyy...!"
"Give it," Gannala extended her hand and stared at Ruvva with a poker face.
"I will, I will, alright?" Ruvva grumbled as she extended her neck, behaving like it was painful to do so, "I don't have any Prana to use my Information Slip. Free me...dear sister?"
"I'll beat you up if you try anything stupid." Gannala snorted as she snapped her finger, causing the prison layer to fall off from Ruvva and free her. A cup hovered before Ruvva, containing the fluid of a Prana Bomb, "Drink it and recover your Prana."
"You'll stick to the deal, right?" Ruvva spoke only after she finished drinking the fluid in the cup, "It's honestly worth more than Sumatra Gold."
"I mixed the strongest of poisons concocted by Yennda into it." Gannala uttered calmly as she stared at the cup in Ruvva's hand, "And you drank all of it."
"What?" Ruvva threw the cup away in a fluster and hurriedly activated her cultivation technique, cursing only after seeing that she had been duped, "That's too much, even for a joke."
"It won't be a joke if you continue to test my patience." Gannala extended her hand and uttered, "I'll pay you according to its worth. I'll judge the value once I get it."
"Goddamn, you're a horrible sister!" Ruvva cursed as she condensed a large Spirit Container cluster, stopping after creating more than 2000 Spirit Containers in the cluster. The information was so heavy in terms of details that it too so many Spirit Containers, "This has everything from the Third Major Disaster that Yahard Tusk has witnessed."
"Good," Gannala nodded and reached for the Spirit Container cluster, frowning upon seeing Ruvva retract her hand last second, "Do you want to die?"
"Are you sure you want to see its contents?" Ruvva let out a sigh as her playful demeanour vanished, replaced by absolute seriousness, "You won't like what you'll see in it."
"I'll be the judge of that," Gannala grabbed the Spirit Container cluster and stuffed it in her mouth, swallowing with mild difficulty.
Her stomach promptly began digesting the Spirit Containers as a large volume of information streamed into her mind space. It was a complete, untampered witness of the fight between Brangara and the Mystic Seven, including the final State of Unity fight between the Royal Zinger and Celestial Boar.
Prana surged into her brain as Gannala began to go through the information, living through the scenes from Yahard Tusk's perspective. As she did so, her complexion paled, arriving at the final round of conversation between Inala and Yahard Tusk, where they discussed Harrala's death.
However, unlike Yahard Tusk who gave in to rage, she knew the truth, for she was still alive, "That...bastard."
With a sullen expression, Gannala walked away weakly and slumped on an ivory sand dune to gaze blankly at the sky, 'What am I supposed to do with this unreasonable anger after hearing all that, Dad?'
Harrala was dead. That was a fact upon learning of the Brood Mother's existence. Yennda wouldn't have gone all out to create such a Calamity if Harrala was alive. And Inala had purposefully machinated that outcome. This angered her to the extreme.
However, it was also this fact that made her helpless, realising that everything Inala did until the end was for her. By the end, Inala made Brangara completely forget about her, and even made the latter come to peace with the hatred that had been genetically ingrained into him.
