The woman nodded and closed the slit before leaving .

Yun Xiangxiang didn’t panic . She sat beside the table and started eating the grapes on the plate .

Lucifer’s smile faded . He turned to the side and glanced at his back . His gaze darkened, and he tried to kiss Yun Xiangxiang .

Yun Xiangxiang tilted her head quickly, and the kiss landed on her cheek .

The moment Lucifer tried to kiss her, Yun Xiangxiang squeezed his spine tighter, but Lucifer was faster .

He pushed the armrest on Yun Xiangxiang’s chair and sent her spinning around . With his other hand, Lucifer quickly caught her wrist .

He gazed at Yun Xiangxiang, but she only beamed at him . As the alarms went off in his mind, an electric current had already coursed through his body .

“I wanted you only to focus all your defenses against my left hand…”
