Chapter 3398: Very Lucky
One might think, can't they simply enter the Dimensional Realm and leave somewhere else? The answer was no. Roan came out of the Dimensional Realm in this place, so his exit was also wherever he was located at the moment, same for Kentucky and Rean.
Rean looked at the giant Scaled Seal, who glared at his group coldly. "Well, hello there, sir. I believe we weren't introduced yet. I'm Marvin, nice to meet you."
The Divinity Realm Seal's expression didn't get any better. Behind the twins, Gram and the others were frozen in place, feeling that enormous pressure overcoming them. The idea of trying to flee completely disappeared from their minds.
*Ort, ort, ort, ort, ort...*
One of those smaller, Space Bending Realm Scaled Seals came to the side of the Divinity Realm one. It pointed at the twins' group while barking nonstop. Its face showed sadness and anger; it obviously was accusing them, even though no one could understand what it was saying to its senior.
The Divinity Realm one then looked in another two different locations, and there, it saw the bodies... or what remained of two of its race members. It then raised its paw in front of the complaining Seal, making it stop barking.
It didn't take long for it to decide what to do. Its other paw raised, spatial, time, and elemental powers gathered around the twins' group, completely locking them up. Not even the twins and Kentucky could break free of it. Rean and Roan also saw the thick red color of killing intent. The Divinity Realm Seal decided to kill them to take revenge.
'Sister Orb, it truly works, right? I hope you didn't lie when you talked about it!' Rean quickly contacted Sister Orb.
[I said nothing! It was just reading what was written by the system, okay? However, I don't think the system was lying.]
Rean glanced back at Gram, Duleti, and Farlo. He wanted to send them into the Celestial Soul Dimensional Realm, but the Divinity Realm Scaled Seal completely blocked all Spatial Powers in the surroundings. He couldn't send Gram, Farlo, and Duleti anywhere.
The enormous seal began to accumulate that deep blue freezing light in its mouth, many times more concentrated than the smaller seals could achieve. Finally, it pointed at the twins' group and shot!
*Zruaaaaaa!*
In an instant, everyone was frozen. Even their souls couldn't possibly escape that fate. Then, the Divinity Realm seal touched everyone's frozen bodies with its Ice Claws.
*Plin...*
Their bodies quickly crumbled and started to dissipate into small specs of deep blue light. The various small sealed seals came forward. They watched as the twins' group disappeared slowly, finally being gone completely. They still had sad expressions, but they also looked satisfied.
*ORT!*
The Divinity Realm seal barked at them right after. Its expression still showed anger, but not towards the fate of its race members. Instead, its anger was directed at the Scaled Seals that survived. *Ort, ort, ortttt...*
It wasn't possible to understand what it was saying, but looking up close, one could tell it was scolding those seals. Perhaps they weren't supposed to have appeared in this place. Perhaps they disappointed the Divinity Realm Scaled Seal by letting two of their members die. Who knows? What was certain was that all the smaller seals dropped their heads, not daring to refute the big guy.
That barking from the Divinity Realm Scaled Seal lasted several minutes, and only when it felt it was enough, it decided to leave.
*ORT!*
It slashed the space with its Ice Claws, opening it for everyone. Finally, it entered the Spatial Gate, this time with a real Spatial Tunnel inside, different from what the smaller seals used earlier. They all entered it and disappeared from that location.
---
Not far from there, still inside the eye of the hurricane, no one noticed, but there was some blood spilled on the ground. Naturally, a consequence of the battle between the twins' group and those seals... or was it?
The blood suddenly began to react to something, separating into three distinctive entities. Those three blobs floated near the ground, attracting the surrounding's Divine Energy slowly.
Then, as if their owners had returned to their mothers' womb... or back inside an egg... they were enveloped in nutrients provided through a connection to another Dimension. Just like that, a new process took place.
*Pin!*
[Main bodies destroyed. Initializing reconstruction from hosts' bodies.]
The Celestial Soul Bloodline Cultivation Technique! It was stated at the very start by Sister Orb when she read its contents to the twins and Kentucky. As long as at least a single drop of blood from their bodies remained, their bodies could be rebuilt, together with their souls. There was only one limitation. The blood had to be within the range of the Celestial Soul System. At the moment, that range was one million kilometers since the twins hadn't upgraded it in a long while.
*Zush, zush, zush!*
In the next moment, a Spatial Pull occurred around these three new developing lives, and they were brought into the Celestial Soul Dimensional Realm.
[I have to say, seeing you like this is quite disturbing and disgusting,] Sister Orb commented.
Soul Power gathered around those three, although very weak still. Nonetheless, with the help of the surrounding much more concentrated Divine Energy, three projections appeared above them.
"Look at me and see if I care about it," Rean's voice echoed from that tiny projection made of Soul Power and Divine Energy.
Roan, who did the same thing, agreed with Rean there. "The important thing is that the Celestial Soul Bloodline Cultivation Technique truly works."
On the left, Kentucky's projection also spoke. "I think we were pretty lucky. The blood we left behind was still within the hurricane's eyes. If that ginormous Scaled Seal had paid more attention, it would have noticed that the Celestial Soul Dimensional Realm entrances that we use had moved not far away from where it had killed us."
Rean and Roan knew that. "We better increase the range of our Celestial Soul System connection..."
A million kilometers was their range at the moment... and a Divinity Realm expert could easily cover it with their Divine Sense. Indeed, they were very lucky.
