Lan Huang was the largest out of Tianming’s lifebound beasts, but when compressed to its smallest possible size, it was only five meters long—less than a twentieth of this behemoth’s size! Tianming forced the eyelids of the dead beast apart.

"A fifteensource beast with a star count of sixty million was killed by Bai Ye’s single omnisentient-soul-power-charged ability right after it appeared!" Tianming was completely flabbergasted. The lion was easily the strongest beast he’d had to go up against, but it’d died in the most pathetic fashion. "It’s too bad that we probably won’t be nearly that powerful in the Upper Star Ruin. I’ll have to start over."

He didn’t have to wait long before Bai Ye managed to infuse two infant souls into the wonderian sisters’ astral brains. It wouldn’t control their minds; as long as they didn’t cause trouble, they would be allowed to live. But if they harbored any malice in their minds, Bai Ye would immediately notice. In essence, their vitae had been branded for the rest of their lives. Its ability worked far better than Tianming’s Imperial Sword Prison or Zi Zhen’s hexapath eyes, as it worked on the level of the soul!

Moran and Qingyu came over just as Zi Zhen returned to her maiden form. The two sixty-meter-tall beauties knelt before the puny Tianming with their heads held low. Yugong Huixueji fearfully held her sister’s hand while the other feigned calmness.

"What’re your roles in the Ancient Oldgod Domain?" Tianming asked.

"Yugong Huishenjun and the rest are in charge of the harvest in God Domain One. We’re in charge of logistically connecting God Domains One and Two. Normally, we stay in God Domain One," Yugong Huiyanji said. As for her little sister, she was far too nervous to speak and curled up into a ball, tears welling up in her blue eyes.

"As you know, I’m in charge of God Domain One now," Tianming said. The two nodded and agreed. "What I need you to do is to keep that fact hidden for as long as you can to buy me time."

"Yes, Lord!" The two of them bowed down low.

"It’s ’Master’ to you!" Bai Ye snapped.

"Bow and prostrate yourself every time you say that!" Bai Ye nagged.

"Yes!" The two of them dropped down to the ground.

Tianming was quite speechless. "Alright, Bai Ye, go over there and play. I have a few questions for them."

"Do you need me to give you some privacy as well?" Qingyu asked with a smirk.

"Privacy your ass!" Tianming was stunned. What was she insinuating?!

"It isn’t too appropriate to mention your sister’s ass," she said.

"Fine! All of you, stay." Tianming went on to talk to the wonderian sisters for six hours. He made sure to ask everything he wanted to know about the Eightpart Pantheons and the Upper Star Ruin. The sisters volunteered all the information they knew, and eventually, Tianming had a rough idea of the way things were done in the Upper Star Ruin.

"Among the Eightpart Pantheons are the three divine races, namely the wonderian, deva, and ashura, and five divine pantheons, which are the Sin Pantheon, Virtue Pantheon, Starfall Pantheon, Sundown Pantheon... and the chaos umbral race?"

Tianming had memorized the names of every single faction and how they related to each other. It was a lot of information, but learning the existence of so many cosmic gods gave him quite a lot of pressure as well.

The three divine races were easy enough to comprehend. Four of the five divine pantheons were also intuitive. Sin and Virtue, Starfall and Sundown... they seemed to pair up. However, what was the chaos umbral race? That was the faction that the wonderian sisters knew the least about, unlike the other seven.

Tianming already more or less understood what the other seven factions were about. There were beastmasters, wonderians, specters, totemancers, primalwingers, and even ebon-like infinite beastmasters among them. It seemed the Upper Star Ruin was the ultimate origin of everything in the Lower Star Ruins.

"So there’s only one Upper Star Ruin, held up by the Lower Star Ruins underneath—eighty-one of them in fact. There’s also an even larger area called the Frontier Starscape that remains uncharted to this day, right?" The cosmology they were talking about was shaped like a pyramid. The Million Mundi that Tianming had conquered was merely one of the Lower Star Ruins. The space itself within the Lower Star Ruins couldn’t support worlds that were grade seven or above.

"It goes without saying that there won’t be as many fortuna-, maniverse-, and imperial-class stars as there are in the Lower Star Ruins. In terms of population and number of stars, the Upper Star Ruin easily loses to even a single Lower Star Ruin." Tianming knew that the worlds in the Upper Star Ruin would at least be fortuna class and above, though he was unaware that they were all in a centralized area rather than dispersed throughout.

The more he understood about the Upper Star Ruin, the more he wanted to go there. Feiling, Lingfeng, the sky plunderers, flameyellow divinities and the fallen Flameyellow Imperial Star, the fall of Grand Xia, and Eighth’s birth.... Those were questions that could only be answered in the Upper Star Ruin. For now, all he could do in God Domain One was defend. He wasn’t powerful enough to mount an offense yet.

Tianming looked around and furrowed his brows. "Honestly, I want to go back to the Sun right now and find a way to go to the Upper Star Ruin. But if I leave, God Domain One might easily be taken back...."

He had asked around for quite a bit and learned that he wouldn’t be able to use the wonderians’ formation to go to the Upper Star Ruin. He had energy from the Lower Star Ruins, while the formation the wonderians used to travel was connected to a core area. He would easily be found if he went there, so all he could do was hope that the Flameyellow Divine Path could lead him there.

"Why would it be that easy?" Bai Ye asked.

"The Ancient Oldgod Domain and my dynasty are separated by vast distances. If I leave using that formation, I won’t be able to communicate with the rest here," Tianming said. Even Yin Chen’s communication ability had a distance limit.

"It’s possible!" Bai Ye said.

"How?"

"We’re planning to leave two of my infant souls here, right? Can’t you just communicate using me?" Bai Ye asked.

"Eh?" Tianming didn’t get it.

"My main body will go with you, but no matter where you go, I’ll be able to communicate with my infant souls. The power of souls isn’t limited by spacetime," Bai Ye smugly said.

"What the hell?!" Tianming’s eyes immediately lit up. He pointed at the sisters and said, "That means I can speak with them at any time, even if I go all the way back to the imperial capital?!"𝗳𝚛𝗲𝕖𝕨𝕖𝗯𝚗𝚘𝕧𝕖𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝕞

"That’s right. I was talking to you at the imperial capital all the way from here back then," Bai Ye said.

"Holy shit! You are... crazier than... I am," Yin Chen said.

It was absolutely crucial! The imperial capital and God Domain One could be managed in sync! If something happened, travel was possible through the Myriadpath Celestial Formation and Order Formations in a short time to react to it!

"Since that’s the case, I’ll go straight back to the imperial capital, then visit the Sun," Tianming said.

"I’ll have more than enough opportunities to see them in the future." She slowly looked up, her eyes resolute. "Not to mention, you need someone to stand guard here. I’ve only just managed to take over the core, after all. Not to mention, I’m a good fighting force, so I can deal with the situation if someone comes down here."

"Don’t you want to be by my side?" Tianming was rather surprised.

"I do." Zi Zhen pursed her lips. "However, let’s keep it like before. Leave the matter of finding more order and overflow fragments to me."

Tianming was rather touched by her words. Just like before, she was willing to sacrifice her time with him to fight for his sake. She definitely didn’t want to do that, which was clear from her competition with Moran, but she knew she would be of bigger help to him where she was now.

"Not to mention, I’m so huge right now, and there’s nothing you can do about it..." she said, lowering her head with embarrassment.

Tianming was stunned for a moment, then stretched out a hand to touch her cheek. "So you’re certain, right?"

"I am! I’ll stay here and be the breadwinner for you." Tears welled up in her eyes, but her mind was made up.

"Fine." Tianming took a deep breath and said, "Don’t worry. I’ll immediately figure out a transportation route through Order Formations and the Myriadpath Celestial Formation so we can meet each other any time we want."

"Can we really meet whenever we want?" Zi Zhen was truly fearful that they wouldn’t meet again once he went to the Upper Star Ruin.

"Of course! Even after I go to the Upper Star Ruin, there must be a way to travel between here and there. Not to mention, I’m not going to abandon my dynasty and imperial capital. We’ll be able to travel once I build a path from the capital to the Upper Star Ruin."

"Okay!" Hearing that made her feel more relieved. But even without such a promise, she would still do what she said she would, giving up her place by his side for his sake, even though there were many other girls around him.
