It was no wonder the wonderians didn’t even try taking over Myriadpath Valley. There was no point in it at all. Someone like Zhoutian Shenhai, who came down to check on things, probably hadn’t had any hope of becoming a cosmic god anymore. He was basically a sewage worker.

The wonderians could finally relax after hearing their conversation.

"Aren’t they just two more Fengqing Youmengs?" Xian Xian asked.

"They’re different," Ji Ji said, rolling its eyes.

"How so?"

"They’re still unsullied maidens."

"How do you know?!"

"I can tell from the flow of energy in their seventh astral organ." Ji Ji was an energy being, so it was incredibly sensitive to such things.

"What?!" Xian Xian was stunned.

Tianming gave Zi Zhen an awkward look, pretending that he hadn’t heard anything. He didn’t think that the conversation would go on.

"Ji Ji, what about Zi Zhen?" Xian Xian asked, curiously looking at the giant specter. Zi Zhen’s fierce face immediately blushed. The spikes that covered her entire body seemed to withdraw.

"Nonsense, of course she’s untouched!" Ji Ji proclaimed.

"What about Little Fish?"

"Her, too!" "What about Ling’er?!"

"Are you daft?" Ji Ji shuffled over to Xian Xian and whispered, "Initially, Jiguang and Yaoyao were untouched, too, until they suddenly weren’t anymore. I suspect some shenanigans went on!"

"What?!" Xian Xian shrieked.

"Shut up, both of you!" The awkwardness was about to make Tianming’s head explode. He hurriedly turned to the sisters and changed the subject. "I have many questions for the two of you. If you answer honestly, you’ll be allowed to live."

"Yes, Lord!" They snuggled together, shivering in fear.

Meanwhile, the Luori next to them had finally died, at least bodily. His vita had been absorbed into Bai Ye’s own internal soul world to work to produce soul power for it. His lifebound beasts were there with him, too, even though they hadn’t had a chance to show up before Bai Ye crippled him.

"Done deal!" The bundle of clouds gleefully flew toward Tianming.

"Are you going to control the girls using infant souls?" Tianming asked.

"That’s right. I’ll make you two slaves. You can use them however you like, just like Lord Muhu!"

"Do you think we’re remotely compatible, sizewise?" Tianming asked.

"So you’re saying you wouldn’t refuse to do them as long as your sizes match?" Bai Ye snickered.

Tianming looked at Zi Zhen, who looked back at him before fearfully running off.

"What’s an infant soul?" Yugong Huiyanji asked. She knew that Tianming wouldn’t build their relationship on pure trust, because that was just suicidal. Even they knew they would betray him once they got the chance.

The moment she said that, two fat kids appeared from the clouds. Bai Ye had nine infant souls in total, while its terra had twenty-seven and its vita had forty-five. In total, there were eighty-one of them. Bai Ye’s smallest unit of being were its astrons, followed by infant souls, then the individual parts of its tripartite soul. The smaller the unit was, the finer the control it would have.

"Don’t resist and let me enter your brains. The infant souls will interface with your souls. Once that’s done, you won’t be able to refuse any of my orders. If you resist during the process, you’ll die an even worse death than he did!" Bai Ye warned without Tianming even having to say anything. The sisters definitely feared it more than Tianming himself.

"Yes!" They knew how terrifying this phantom beast was and had heard about the infant souls.

"You’re even wasting two of my infant souls... sheesh!" Bai Ye immediately sent the two fat kids into their brains. "Don’t resist!"

"We won’t!" They started tearing up.

"How long will this take?" Tianming asked, seeing the two girls shut their eyes and empty their minds.

"Fifteen minutes!" the girls said in unison, though with Bai Ye’s intonation.

"Whoa! This is amazing!" Bai Ye was having the time of its life.

Tianming didn’t bother waiting and walked over to the corpse of the Luori and his lifebound beasts. His head was completely crushed, but the corpse still glowed with starlight. Tianming emptied out his spatial ring.

"Wow, this fellow even has a grade-six overflow fragment and quite a few grade-five ones...." It was yet another mountain of wealth. Zi Zhen could advance again! "The most powerful overflowers here are at most at the fifth level. That means this grade-six fragment must’ve come from above. If more people come, I hope they show up in smaller waves. As long as they don’t send any wonderian that’s too powerful, we’re golden!"

It was too bad that there was no good way to predict who would come. If someone actually sent a tenth-level overflower there, Tianming and the rest would have to completely retreat from God Domain One.

"Feng’s in the Upper Star Ruin, and I have no idea how he’s doing. I can’t stay here for long." Otherwise, Tianming would have chosen to go slow and steady.

He turned to the dead lifebound beast, a three-headed lion. It was a hundred meters long and just barely fit to be the mount of the Luori. Unlike other beasts of that size, however, its astrons were densely packed together like those of specters. It must have at least double Zi Zhen’s number of astrons!
