The audience began leaving the stadium in droves. Now that the tournament was over, there wasn't much for them to do in the Medicine World. Not many would leave this world just yet, as they hadn't had the chance to tour it.
But those that had come here early on would be in a hurry to leave. The longer they took to leave, the longer they would have to wait, as the Interrealm Teleportation formations could only work so many times.
Silvermist had left the group for a moment, so Alex was with Pearl, Whisker, Momo, and Grimsight. The three urged him to reveal what he had received from his reward: the storage bag marked 'One.'
Alex could imagine their excitement. He was too. He had looked into it for a bit when he was getting the reward, but not very much.
Now that he had the chance, he went through his rewards. As he looked, he came to recognize most of them as simple rewards. Pills, formations, talismans, and spirit stones were things Alex had already expected to get, but he was still happy to see the quality of them.
He checked the pill ingredients he received and was happy to see that they were great. They would be of use to him. Moving on to the artifacts, Alex noticed that he had received three good cauldrons.
He wondered if he could feed them to Midnight somehow. Most of these were going to go into Midnight, certainly. He needed a lot of treasure to evolve his sword, after all.
"This should be useful to you, Whisker," Alex said as he handed one of the cauldrons to him. It was a dark-red cauldron with bits of gold sprinkled throughout its body.
Whisker had been using a generic cauldron until now, albeit made using the Starforged Tungsten, but this would fit him a lot better.
Alex brought out a spear next and handed it to Pearl. "This is the best thing I have. You can use it while I search for the materials to make your other one. Or maybe we can ask the Artifact God to help us make one."
Pearl took the spear and weighed its balance. Immediately, he could tell it was a good spear. He handed it over to Grimsight next to check, and the old man confirmed that the spear was a good weapon.
Alex brought out a few things next. "I don't have much use for these poisons. You should take them and use them when you can, Momo."
Momo took the various poisons she was handed and smiled widely. "Thank you, Master!!"
Alex smiled. He looked through the rest. The other artifacts, while good, were not of much use to him yet. Funnily enough, it was not that they were bad, but rather he was too weak to make use of them.
There was a Divine-grade flying ship, a Divine-grade armor, and a golden comb of the same grade. He kept those in his Soul Space until he would need them. seaʀᴄh thё NôᴠeFire.ηet website on Google to access chapters of novels early and in the highest quality.
Once that was done, Alex sent Whisker back into the Soul Space as well. It had been over two weeks since anyone had checked the situation in the Demon Realm, so it was critical that Whisker return right away to take care of those plants.
Aethersage walked over to Alex around the time when there were only a handful of people remaining both on stage and in the stadium.
"Were you asked to stay behind too?" he asked.
Alex nodded. "You too, huh?"
Aethersage gave a grim smile. "I feel a little nervous imagining all of them together in front of us."
"So do I."
