The negotiation between Emperor Yang Zhou and Emperor Qi Kan Tian went peacefully. They laid out a few terms for each other and after it was done, they signed the agreement, which marked Qi Xi Kingdom's surrender to Fei Yang Kingdom.
There won't be any war or battles.
But Qi Xi Kingdom would no longer existed.
"Are you satisfied with this agreement?" Emperor Yang Zhou asked after they had talked about all the terms.
"Yes." Emperor Qi Kan Tian nodded. "I'll announce this to the people in Qi Xi Kingdom so that no one will make trouble when Fei Yang Kingdom come and arrive in the kingdom!"
