Chapter 1388 Let Him Cook
The ability to break apart Primordial Essence was a catastrophic ability on so many levels, and such a threat needed to be brought down or every Primordial domain was at risk. What ensured their continuous superiority was the working of the Primordials that could not be broken or corrupted.
This was the true reason he had been summoned over this matter, and not Eve, but certain events had tied her to this Singularity.
The World Stele was no longer a middling concern and had become a priority, as no Primordial Domain fully understood the reach of its abilities. Could it affect only the Primordial Essence of its host or could it touch the Essence of every other domain? The Adjudicator was to find out and eliminate this threat before it could reach the hands of their enemies, it was a good thing then that the traces of the World Stele had been found so close to the Celestial Domain.
As if his thought had summoned it, a small patch of reality opened and a message entered the mind of the Adjudicator, he had just been granted access to the Celestial Archive, strictly to investigate Singularities.
"Tch... how tight-fisted, it's not as if I will be searching for any other information apart from this one. Raphael is getting more closed-off."
The Adjudicator knew that in these archives would be answers to his questions about the powers of Singularities, but as always, it would require that he should search for them, the Archives were simply too vast, and no one except Primordial Light knew everything that it contained. It could not be helped, accessing the Archive was perilous, because it was the Memory of Primordial Light himself, and countless Celestials had been lost inside the pearly spires of his remembrances.
This matter would be understood in time when the World Stele was captured and so knowing his next destination was to be the Archives, the Adjudicator left this matter for the future as he began to follow the clues left behind in the space that the Archon had just excavated, and what he had found was disturbing.
It would appear that he might need a third case file to put together the events that happened on Aerovah and in the unknown space above it.
The space itself was an amazing crafting that the Adjudicator knew would take many millions of years for him to decipher, and if he did not succeed in this time, then it would be useless as it would no longer matter even if he tried for the next Major Era. There were mysterious powers and an alien way of thinking behind the creation of this space that could not be easily duplicated, but the Will of the Adjudicator was perfectly suitable for breaking apart puzzles, and he would be cutting his teeth over this one.
From what the Archon had discovered inside this space, there had been a battle, and one or more of the parties involved was linked to the Celestials, this link could be traced back to the clues that he had ignored from the Domain of Ruin, but the clues were not making sense. The traces of the Celestial found in this space could not be associated with Eve because she was not a Creator even at her prime that could summon such a force.
His Will sought out another branch to this case, Enziel, a sovereign of the 98th Cahiron Squad who had been the first to reach Aerovah before the owner of the realm arrived, his testament made this case even more complicated.
The Adjudicator knew the ruler of Enziel's squad, Cahiron, and he was a stern and powerful Seraphim, all the members of his hosts were elites whose minds had been tested through countless adversities, so he was assured that what Enziel had spoken was true.
Enziel who perished not long after the unknown events that happened on Aerovah had sworn that he had felt the energy of a higher order Celestial, and not just any Celestials, but Cherubims.
This was a problem because Cherubims were not supposed to leave the core of certain Celestial domains because their functions were too significant to the foundations laid down by Primordial Light. How come could one be found here in an unknown realm alongside a Celestial Creator who was supposed to be dead countless years ago?
He sighed and stood up, collecting his thoughts as he tore a hole into the Passage of Time, the Adjudicator could feel a rare trace of excitement blooming inside his heart as something told him that the result of what he would find at the end of this trail would be monumental.
If only he knew how true this sentiment would be in the future, then he would have been more prepared.
