Performing Prima Deity Rank Tribulation Enhancement on more than ten thousand cultivators was an immensely complex task—one that would typically take an immense amount of time and effort. Unless, of course, you attempted to perform hundreds of enhancements simultaneously.
Such a method would place overwhelming pressure on both the mind and body, straining even someone as formidable as Cain beyond the limits of his mind, body, and soul. However, this was exactly what the vast reserve of life and soul force he had taken from Nullavir, Auramyth, and the others was intended for.
In less than a week, Cain managed to carry out a 36-Revolution Refinement on 99% of the Divine Cultivators under his command. As for the top 1%, they received a 37-Revolution Refinement, which equated to a Middle Prima Deity-level enhancement.
Though only a single Revolution difference on the surface, the magnitude of power and the enhancement in talent gained from the 37th was staggering. Of course, every cultivator understood that with greater strength came greater expectations. Cain expected more from them—and they were ready to deliver.
Cain’s expression grew solemn as his eyes fell on Rylanor and Magnus. His sons would soon be marching into battle, fighting on the front lines alongside the strongest warriors of the Scarlet Path. Their talent was second only to Cain himself. Magnus had achieved such profound mastery over The Flow that his perception could pierce into the very hearts of his enemies, harmonizing with the universe in a way that nearly erased all separation between man and cosmos.
Rylanor was no less extraordinary. His body was already capable of summoning World Strength to a shocking degree, and his eyes could discern flaws in the very fabric of the world. Yet, Cain knew that none of this would guarantee their survival. The battlefield ahead was a place where even Prima Deities and Archdeities would be clashing with full power, causing reality itself to shake. All Cain could do was prepare them as thoroughly as possible and place his faith in their power, instincts, and destiny.
The time soon came to perform the Tribulation Enhancements for the Prima Deities. To empower them, Cain used the incredibly rare 38-Revolution Flames, flames that could enhance even Late Prima Deities. These flames were not only exceptionally difficult to forge but required a deeply intricate refinement process.
Fortunately, even with the recent additions of Gabriel, Zero Mint, and Lucrezia, the Scarlet Path now had only nine Prima Deities under Cain’s command. It took a staggering amount of spiritual and mental exertion, but Cain succeeded in evolving each of them, drastically enhancing their vitality, energy, and raw potential.
As Cain surveyed his army, vibrating with newfound power and radiant energy, a deep sense of pride filled his heart. He had pushed them beyond their former limits, preparing them for the trials to come. And yet, a complicated expression still flickered across his face as he gazed at the Prima Deities who had attained the Scarlet Star evolution.
He had hoped to push them beyond the boundaries of flesh and blood, to lead them to a new state of being. Even after running countless simulations and employing the full potential of the Absolute Life Form System, he had failed to engineer a proper transcendence.
"I guess creating a new race is still a bit too much for me," Cain muttered to himself, a mix of disappointment and contemplation shadowing his voice.
It was then that Apex’s voice echoed in his mind. "There’s no reason to feel disappointed. Creating new races is an immensely difficult feat. Even those at the peak of the Third Realm struggle with it. You possess powerful tools, yes, but they have not yet reached the level necessary to defy the laws of the universe—to create races like the Neo-Demons, Primordials, or Depravitas."
Cain chuckled softly at Apex’s encouragement and nodded in acknowledgment. Focus returned to his golden eyes as he reached out through the [A.I. Chip Module] to the Six Chief Counsellors of the Scarlet Path.
"How are preparations on your end?" he asked.
Minxet’s voice responded immediately, her tone calm and resolute. "We are finished, my King. We are ready for war."
With that confirmation, Cain knew everything that could be done had been done. The battle loomed closer—he could feel the incoming pressure of powerful presences surging toward him like an unstoppable tide. There was no more time to waste.
"Prepare yourselves," Cain addressed his army, his voice strong and unwavering. "Push your energies, your bodies, your souls, and your minds to their peak. The battle ahead will demand everything you have. Hold nothing back."
Cain looked over his troops. There were only thirteen thousand Divine Cultivators—a small force compared to the millions that had marched under Divine Calamity during the Omega War. But each of these warriors was tens of times more powerful than those who followed Divine Calamity’s commands. Through discipline, cooperation, and unwavering determination, they were capable of challenging armies hundreds of times their size.
The Prima Deities stood tall, eyes sharp as blades, their auras radiant with unimaginable might. Thanks to the rare resources, elite techniques, soul evolutions, and the empowering force of the Scarlet Throne, their strength had reached a truly supreme level.
The Sky Sovereign and Alucard had advanced to such a degree that they could now crush figures like the Triumvirates of Divine Calamity Heaven if they used everything they had. These were Cain’s people—the ones who would bleed and die by his side. Together, they would forge a new world with their blood and will, one where harmony, freedom, and evolution reigned above all else.
Cain’s gaze turned steely, his voice thundering with conviction. "It will be a bloody battle—but we will prevail. We will defeat our enemies. We will carve our names into the stars. And we will show the Everstrife World that the Scarlet Path is the key to a bright and glorious future!"
"Scarlet King!"
"Scarlet King!!"
"Scarlet King!!!"
Thousands of voices erupted at once in a thunderous chant, so powerful it caused the very sky to tremble.
