"RUMBLE!!!"

The Everstrife Empyrean World trembled, a deep quake echoing through its foundations. For a moment, time seemed to halt as countless lives across the world paused in shock and fear, stunned by the overwhelming display of divine power. But nowhere was the awe more profound than in the Everlife and Endlessdeath Continents.

The Prima Deities near the shores, along with those gathered in the stronghold of Divine Sea, could only widen their eyes in speechless disbelief. The sheer level of might and devastation unleashed in the battle was beyond anything they had ever witnessed or imagined. They had always known the Scarlet King was powerful—but now, as they watched him fully released under Liberación Total, he had ascended into something more.

A hegemon.

A dominator.

A force few in the Everstrife Empyrean World could hope to rival.

Even Divine Sea found herself clenching her fists, not in fear, but in overwhelming astonishment. The might of the Primarch of Conquest Leviathan was breathtaking.

But in the next moment, her astonishment turned into sharp focus.

A figure emerged from the depths of the ocean.

It was none other than Divine Calamity.

Gone was his usual aloof composure and untouchable arrogance. What remained now was a broken ArchDeity. His face was twisted in pain, his expression laced with terror. He was missing both arms and both legs. His body was torn, and his soul force was erratic and unstable—evidence of a near-crippling spiritual injury during the battle.

Desperate, his life force ignited into overdrive. Waves of raw energy fueled his escape, and he shot into the distance at an increasingly frantic pace, fleeing at blinding speed.

Not even two seconds later, Cain rose from the raging ocean.

His body was covered in bruises, his bones visibly cracked beneath the skin—but beyond that, he was largely unharmed. His endurance and vitality had proven almost supernaturally formidable. Yet what truly stunned Divine Sea was not his body, but the state of his soul.

During a Liberación Total, the Alter-Ego and the soul become one. Any damage to the manifestation should have been reflected in the soul. Divine Calamity had suffered gravely because of it.

But Cain?

His soul force remained completely intact, surging with energy and brilliance as if the battle had left no mark on it at all.

What she couldn’t understand—what no one could know—was that the Scarlet Throne was, in essence, the very heart of Leviathan. It constantly nourished Cain’s soul and Alter-Ego with waves of psychic and spiritual force, regenerating him even in the wake of a battle that would have left most gods shattered.

Cain could feel Divine Sea’s gaze on him, but his focus remained locked onto the fleeing ArchDeity.

His eyes glowed, pulsing with killing intent as he considered chasing Divine Calamity down.

But he soon dismissed the thought.

Despite the devastating injuries Divine Calamity had sustained, he still possessed enough vitality, hidden treasures, and connections to retreat to his Omega Heaven. Once there, not even Cain could reach him. The defenses and forbidden formations protecting Omega Heaven were far beyond anything Cain could currently overcome.

Besides, Cain was wise enough to recognize the toll the battle had taken. While his soul remained strong, his Liberación Total had still placed overwhelming pressure on both his body and mind. Rest was not only advisable—it was necessary.

"It’s dangerous to remain wounded," Apex’s voice echoed calmly in Cain’s mind. "Especially when your journey is just beginning and you have no alliances. There are many who wouldn’t hesitate to take advantage of your weakness to steal everything you’ve earned."

Cain exhaled slowly.

He nodded, allowing his energy and aura to settle. Floating calmly in midair, he assumed a meditative position. Vitality and elemental energy surged through his form as he began the process of restoration. The Scarlet Throne worked in tandem, nurturing his soul and Alter-Ego, weaving strength back into his being.

For over an hour, Cain remained still, suspended in recovery.𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝐰𝚎𝕓𝐧𝚘𝘃𝗲𝐥.𝐜𝚘𝕞

Finally, he opened his eyes, clenching his fists as he evaluated the state of his power.

"I can access about 80% of my strength without risk. That should be more than enough."

A small smile curled on his lips as he turned toward the shore. His gaze landed on the gathered Prima Deities. The moment his scarlet eyes swept over them, many of them trembled. It didn’t matter if they were on his side or not—it was an instinctive reaction to the overwhelming pressure of the power they had just witnessed.

Cain took a single step forward—and in the blink of an eye, he appeared directly in front of them.

Though his current form was only his Primordial body, his presence was immense. Standing before them was like standing before a living embodiment of the cosmos—a being who could eclipse the sun and swallow the moon.

"Hail the Scarlet King!"

In perfect unison, Sky Sovereign, Alcuard, Pation, Karter, and Lancer knelt, their heads bowed in reverence before lifting them again to meet Cain’s gaze.

The Sky Sovereign looked at Cain with unfiltered awe and admiration. He had believed in Cain’s victory from the beginning, but to witness it carried out with such devastating majesty was nothing short of breathtaking.

Alcuard’s eyes glowed with freedom and satisfaction. As long as he stood beside Cain, he no longer needed to hide his true nature. With the Scarlet King as his shield, he could finally live life without fear.

As for Pation, Karter, and Lancer, they smiled with exhilaration.

They had gambled everything on Cain, throwing in their loyalty when his future was still uncertain. And that gamble had paid off. Divine Calamity had been defeated and sent fleeing, broken and maimed.

Under Cain’s leadership, how far could they grow? How much could they evolve?

They didn’t know for sure, but they were confident Cain would treat them fairly. They had chosen him at the beginning, proving loyalty and valor.

Cain smiled at the Sky Sovereign and his companions, then gestured for them to rise. His eyes turned to the rest of the Prima Deities still standing in tense silence.

With a wave of his hand, the restrictive seals on all the Prima Deities—except those affiliated with Divine Calamity Heaven—shattered like glass.

Immediately, they felt their control over their energy and souls return.
