I was completely dazed as these thoughts passed through my mind that I didn't notice the changes around me.

The scene that I had been watching suddenly froze before breaking apart.

The scene was being replaced by pure white light and it didn't take long for me to appear in a space that was just like the one that I had appeared in before.

In front of me was the same figure of light that I had seen previously.

"What are you thinking about?"

I was completely caught off guard when this voice rang out in my mind.

I immediately snapped out of my daze, but because of what I had been thinking about…

In the end, I couldn't stop myself from sending a punch in the direction of the figure of light.

However, I wasn't even able to approach that figure of light as there was a barrier that suddenly came in between us. This wasn't a hard barrier, it was a soft barrier that accepted the blow from my fist and dissipated all of the force.

So I didn't hurt my hand from hitting that barrier even though it stopped all of the force of my fist.

That wasn't a small amount of force, especially with how my body had been strengthened.

Once I realized what happened, I immediately pulled back my hand and looked at the figure of light with a wary look. But even though I had just tried to punch that figure of light, it didn't seem like they were offended by this.

Though it wasn't as if I could see what kind of expression they even had.

The only thing that I could go off on was the body language that was coming from this figure of light.

After a long moment of silence, that same voice asked, "Are you alright? Have you gotten a hold of yourself?"

I couldn't help looking at the figure of light with a strange look when I heard this and I didn't answer right away as I continued staring at this figure of light. After a while, I finally gave a slow nod in response.

The figure of light also seemed to give a nod before saying, "Come, let's talk before I give you the inheritance."

It didn't seem to care if I was following or not with how it turned around and started walking forward. While it walked forward there was this table that suddenly came out of the ground.

It wasn't just a table alone that came out of the ground, it was also a pair of chairs that came with it. At the same time, I could see that the table was completely set up as if the figure of light was about to have afternoon tea.

Once it went over to the table, it sat down and poured some tea into two cups.

I didn't move even though the figure of light had been moving, I had been staring at the figure of light with a wary look as I waited to see what it would do.

However, this figure of light really didn't do a single thing as it just sat there while looking at me. With the way that it sat there, it was as if it was just waiting for me to sit down.

So in the end, I slowly walked over and sat down in front of it.

"Have some tea and some snacks." It said in a gentle voice as it pushed the cup of tea over to me.

I didn't touch the tea or anything else on the table.

I just looked right at the figure of light with the same look in my eyes.

With a sigh, the figure of light finally said, "I know what you're thinking, but it isn't the right time to tell you about this yet. Just wait until you've collected everything and then you'll be able to figure it all out."

"Are you an invader of this world? Did you change the world so that it would be like this?" I couldn't help asking all of a sudden.

The figure of light didn't say anything as it looked right at me.

I couldn't help giving a gulp when I saw the figure of light staring at me like this, but then I stared right back at it as I waited for an answer.

"Ha, ha, ha, you really have a wild imagination." The figure of light said as if it was amused, but I certainly couldn't feel the same way. I could only stare at the figure of light while waiting for a proper response.

The figure of light seemed to notice this, so it stopped laughing and said, "You're thinking too much. It's not what you think it is, but then again, I can't really convince you with the way that you feel right now. Still, it isn't as if it's a bad thing to let you keep thinking this."

In a different tone, the figure of light said, "For now, I won't be doing anything to you."

A chill ran down my spine when I heard this.

I knew that the figure of light could still read my mind even though the others couldn't.

That divine energy that I had inside of me belonged to her after all, so it wouldn't block my thoughts from her.

There really wasn't a single thing that I could hide from this figure of light, so it didn't matter what I thought right now.

"Then just give me the inheritance." I said with a sigh.

The figure of light didn't say anything at first which made me a bit nervous. It was almost as if the figure of light was looking at me like she was trying to figure out what to do with me…

But in the end, the figure of light suddenly said, "Alright."

As soon as she said this, I could feel the sensation coming from inside of me.

This sensation was the divine energy reacting to something.

It was the divine energy growing stronger inside of me.
