I was pushed through the screen and what I saw on the other end, put a horror in my face.
Seeing the screen. There was hope in my heart, but it vanished the moment I saw the hall. Which is so different from all the other floors.
Despite what the screen had shown, it was not expanded. Nor does it have the broken formation everywhere.
It has a round red crystal platform with crystalline ropes coming out of it.
These ropes covered nearly all the people who had entered inside. With one coming toward me.
I tried to move, but just as I did, the energy lock captured me, and the rope had roped me tightly, that I couldn’t even move.
"He has nearly, mess the whole thing up," said Prime Kamalis as he stepped inside.
"You had handled him well," replied Prime Lancebrook, looking at me.
The fossils, they are on it.
The Kamalis sat on the platform beside Lancebrook and five others. Of the nine fossils, seven are on it, while two are bound like me and the rest.
The ropes are shining. I could feel them scanning and scanning with the forbidden power.
The whole thing is forged using the forbidden power. They had planned for it and, with their knowledge. No wonder, I was able to sense something strange was happening.
These bastards have centuries of experience and knowledge. They were even able to fool, even the fossils.
"Will his runes interfere?" asked Lancebrook. "No, they are only suppressing his power. They won’t interfere as long as we don’t try to unlock his power," replied Prime Garadil.
It made their eyes shine up.
"So, what is his level? Peak Prime?" asked Kamalis.
"It’s not clear. He could be Peak Prime. He had even alluded to being a Silver Prime," replied Garadil. Making their eyes shine brightly.
Me being Silver Prime, could help them. If they are doing what I think they are doing.
"Arys are you a Silver Prime?" asked Prime Lancebrook. The next moment, the rope, was removed from my mouth. So, I could speak.
"Fuck off," I replied with the curse. They didn’t get angry, instead smiled.
"Cursing is useless, Arys," replied Mavlim, the stone skin woman. I wanted to curse more, but they closed my mouth with the rope once more.
"It would be great. If he is Silver Prime. It won’t affect things if he isn’t. We have more than enough numbers to get assured success." replied Garadil.
"Since we established that, let’s begin. We are sacrificing far too much for it," said Lancebrook.
"Give me a few minutes for a final check and then we can begin," replied Garadil and closed his eyes.
The others, on the other hand. Took our storage and artifacts and any other thing, that could interfere with what they were planning to do.
These bastards have planned this for years. Their plan should have started within months of the small region appearing and them finding the catch of the forbidden crystal.
Yes, these bastards are the ones, who spread the crystal around the small region to bring a large number of primes.
Things got in their favor more when I was discovered. Micheal Zaar had made everybody crazy about an obscure thing like forbidden power.
I pushed those thoughts and focused on the formation.
This thing, they have bound us is forged. They have not found it and it is something, I know. I have ready about it and right now, my clones are studying.
I hope they didn’t make any changes in forging it.
They likely wouldn’t have if they wanted to work as it was designed to.
Its name is Verah’s Platform.
This is a forbidden power-based thing as only with its help they could achieve what they want to achieve. To break through the Silver Prime.
They are going to use us as spark to light up the spark of their breakthrough into the Silver Prime.
It is based on the working of the cult. It is designed by the leader of the cult, who had the forbidden power.
I had to read about not using it before I was able to read the book on it. I called them the books of dark knowledge. I needed to take an oath to read them.
It has a pretty strong sealing function, and, with forbidden power, nobody could sneakily use their power without getting discovered, unless those people have a forbidden power.
I have it. So, I was able to enter my core and study the thing with all my clones.
I want to leave the study to my clones and focus on the breaking out of the thing, but that bastard is scanning it. It might notice me, if I tried.
I can’t take that risk. If I found out, I would suffer a fate, worse than death.
So, I have to wait till the right time and until then, I need to focus on studying it.
I would like to know everything about it, before I could move forward, but that wouldn’t be possible in such a short time.
I would need days to understand this thing fully or even more. I barely have an hour or two in that time dilation. So, I focused on a way to break out of this thing.
Thankfully, unlike me. The library is fully prepared.
It has a lot of information about it. Including the platform’s weaknesses and flaws. Though, when I had started to read them. My expression couldn’t help, but turn bad. A lot of them require preparation and knowledge of this thing, which I didn’t have.
I focused on the things that did not need those things, and I found it after intense searching.
My expression didn’t improve, but hope appeared in my eyes. It is difficult and very risky. Enough, I will kill myself and everyone else, if I don’t succeed.
Though things aren’t much different right now. Seeing there is no other option.
I will have to choose this one and do everything to succeed. It is the only way; I will survive this thing.
