The Mystic Dungeon is not only able to control the level of each dungeon, but can also check the type of items that drop from it . Also, there isn’t a single one that drops level 0s .

The conclusion I made is that level 0 items themselves are special items that Delta itself made .

In other words, there’s no other way to obtain it except by chance at a very low probability . Also, that probability wasn’t that different from before Red Holes to after them . I had pretty much gotten my Effort skill from the irregular that jumped out of an original dungeon after all .
