Long Qian Xing overwhelmed General Ruan after he activated his ability. It was not that remarkable and he himself was surprised that General Ruan was still able to escape.

But with that wound, it was estimated that General Ruan will not last long unless he had good doctors helping him. Coupled with the fact that he was running away, if he returned to Shi Long Kingdom, his reputation might not be very good. These people didn't really welcome the people who were incapable.
