This seemed like a very simple fact, but all of us had been surprised by all the things that the other potions did that we forgot about this.

So in the end, the royal guard himself took out a dagger and cut his own arm before drinking the potion.

But the moment that he took a sip of this potion, the wound began to heal at a visible rate. All of us could see as his flesh seemed to reach out towards each other before the wound fully closed.

After all, the power of this medium grade healing potion shouldn’t be at this level.

There was no telling what they would do if they found out that there was this potion that was relatively simple and easy to make that would be able to extend their lifespan.

Something like this might even cause a war between those races with shorter lifespans.

"Keep this a secret for now." This wasn’t just said for Max, but also for everyone else that was in this room.

Everyone naturally knew the severity of this matter, so they nodded in agreement.

I looked at the healing potion for a bit before turning to the royal guard to say, "Will you be willing to test one more thing? This might be a bit painful, but it’ll be worth it."

The royal guard was surprised that I would ask such a thing, but he gave a determined nod in the end.

So I called for the staff to bring something over.

When it was brought over, everyone had a strange look on their face as they looked at me. It was clear that they were wondering what I was planning to do with this thing.

I took it and went over to the royal guard to say, "Are you sure about this?"

The corruption energy’s effects immediately disappeared from the arm of the royal guard and it went back to normal. There was no resistance at all from the corruption energy as the potion made it disappear completely.

When it was over, it was as if the corruption energy had never been there.

"This is even better than the holy water!" Everyone couldn’t help exclaiming when they saw this.

It was Max that explained, "It’s better than the holy water since there’s a healing potion part to it. It repairs all of the physical damage as well. This really is something else."

I didn’t bother listening as I said, "This is what the official use for this will be. No one will mention anything about the other effect."

Everyone nodded in response to the serious tone that I had when I said this.
