There were only wary looks that were cast in our direction when we passed by them.

I didn’t blame them since I was still holding Zeldir.

It was only natural that they would be afraid of Zeldir after what happened last night, but they were too scared to actually do anything about it.

So in the end, they just ignored me as I walked right past them.

I knew that he would have found something since he wasn’t even looking at me when he said this. His eyes had been on Dorothy the entire time as if he was trying to deduce something while looking at her.

For him to be looking at her like this, there was no doubt that he had found something.

Dorothy seemed a bit afraid of the miracle healer looking at her like this, but she didn’t step back as she waited for him to do something.

After looking at her like this for a bit, he suddenly came forward with something in hand that it seemed like he wanted to use on her.

But this time, I didn’t remain still as I came forward to stand in between him and Dorothy.

"What are you doing? I’m treating her." He said in an annoyed voice as if he wasn’t happy that I stopped him, but I still didn’t back down.

Instead, I said in a firm voice, "First explain what you’re planning to do. I think that this is the least that you should be doing before you actually do anything."

The miracle healer looked at me as if he wasn’t happy with this, but eventually he said, "I’m planning on using this special item that I’ve designed to suppress that corruption energy that comes from inside of them."

I couldn’t help revealing a bitter smile when I heard this, but then I said, "I can tell that, but you have to at least explain what this thing is."

It didn’t seem like he was quite annoyed when he heard this.

Rather, it seemed like he was happy that I had asked this question.

Holding the item up, I could see that it looked like some kind of button.

However, I could sense the divine energy that was coming from it.

After showing me the thing, he said, "This is a device that I’ve created that contains the divine energy that you left me. With this divine energy, I was able to create a kind of net that will surround her and suppress the corruption energy."

I couldn’t help raising a brow when I heard this before asking, "What do you mean by a net?"

This time, he didn’t seem annoyed.

Once again, he seemed happy as if he was more than willing to explain all of this.
