Old Man Lancelot was taken away with the rest of the people that we rescued, but I did plan on having him brought to a different place.
After all, I knew that a knight like him wouldn’t be satisfied with just going back to normal life. Especially a knight of his caliber, he was destined for something far more than just going back to normal life.
But first, we had to report back to the rest of the racial alliance.
There were only so many of us that had come and they deserved to know what happened.
"You’re saying that there’s these pockets in space that the forces of Destruction are hiding in? That’s why we haven’t been able to find them this entire time?"
Their voices were filled with doubt and confusion when they asked this, but for those of us that had been in that pocket in space before, we had seen the truth with our eyes.
Once you see the truth, it is hard to deny it.
"Then I guess the only thing that we can do is attack and destroy any that we can find."
Once this was said, the reports from the Feather Race had been added in.
This included the reports that I had received during the time that I had been away.
Other than this, there was also a map of the continent that was brought in that had several marks on them. One of these marks was the place that we had explored previously.
This one mark was different from the rest since we had already destroyed that outpost.
The other ones were ones that had been recently discovered by the Feather Race.
From the map, we could see that there were quite a few of these outposts that had been established on the continent. It seemed that the forces of Destruction had been busy for a long time with how many there had been.
The first thing that I had to ask was, "How many missing people reports do your countries have?"
All of the representatives revealed awkward looks when they heard this.
After all, it wasn’t as if they had this kind of information on hand.
Even if they did, it wasn’t as if this was something that would be that helpful.
This was a fantasy world, which meant that technology wasn’t as developed.
When it came to tracking people, it just wasn’t as systematic as it was in my past life. So even if there were records of people going missing, it wasn’t as if there was much that could have been done.
At most, they would have done a search for them and sent out notices, but there really wasn’t much that they could do to track down missing people.
But it was important now since those missing people could be related to the outposts formed by the forces of Destruction. After all, there were several outposts that were quite near countries of the racial alliance.
The one that we destroyed wasn’t that close to any countries, but there were several that were.
With a sigh, I said, "Go and look into this matter. We need to see how long they’ve been active for and see if we can find these people in these outposts. It’s partly our fault for never paying attention to these matters."
It wasn’t as if I was completely scott free on this matter.
After all, the Kite Kingdom was also a big kingdom that had people go missing.
It wasn’t as if we could track everyone as well...
But the only thing that could be done now was to make it up to them and make sure that we rescued as many people as possible.
Another point that was brought up was...
"What about the Democratic Union?"
The Democratic Union wasn’t even called by this name anymore since it was referred to as the Democratic Nation now after they had become a vassal.
For this person to refer to it as the Democratic Union...
What they were referring to was how the former president of the Democratic Union had contacted the forces of Destruction. At the same time, there was a portal array that was quite close to the territory of the former Democratic Union.
That meant that there could be loyalists from the Democratic Union still there.
"Capture them if you can. If you can’t, we can’t leave any loose ends." My voice turned cold when I said this.
The others were surprised to hear this tone from me, but they also nodded in agreement. After all, those people that had fled to the side of the forces of Destruction were traitors to the racial alliance, to the entire continent.
Since they were traitors, they simply didn’t deserve mercy.
Once we all came to a conclusion that we would move to wipe these places out, the only thing that was left was...
All of them turned to look at me as if they were waiting for me to say something.
I knew exactly what they wanted to ask, but I didn’t say anything right away.
After all, I had to think about this as well.
From my experience of destroying the black ball in the outpost, I knew that there were only select people that could do the same. That was why we had to think about who we would be sending to attack these outposts.
If we had too few people and cleared the outposts too slowly, then the forces of Destruction would catch on and start preparing their defenses.
Once that happened, it would be dangerous to keep trying to attack the outposts.
But it wasn’t as if we could do it fast either since we just didn’t have enough people to bring down the outposts.
After thinking about it, I said, "Prepare your forces and wait for me. I have something that I have to take care of first and if possible, I should be able to find more helpers."
There were confused looks that were cast in my direction, but they just nodded in agreement in the end.
