Hello, everyone. Thank you for your continued support. I'm Yuki Kitayama. I truly appreciate you picking up "Seirei Gensouki 26: Whereabouts of Fiction."
So, how did you find volume 26? As those of you who have read the main story already know, the "fiction" that has been concealed since volumes 1 and 2 has finally been revealed, and I'm very satisfied that I could finally depict this development. (By the way, the "fiction" in the subtitle of volume 26 is a nod to the phrase "falsehood" in the subtitle of volume 1.)
Additionally, a special edition of volume 26, which includes a drama CD, was released simultaneously. The story included in that CD takes place slightly after the events of volume 26 and depicts the everyday life of Rio. If you'd like to enjoy Rio's life even more now that he's finally back, I would be delighted if you listen to the drama CD in the special edition. (The theme of the CD humorously explores why Rio is so popular with the heroines. The cast brings out the characters' charm to the fullest, and Masato-kun is also participating in the drama CD for the first time!)
Now, I have one very important announcement. Yes, the second season of the TV anime "Seirei Gensouki 2" will start airing in October 2024. Since the broadcast will begin right after the release of volume 26, I would be thrilled if you check out the second season!
Just like in the first season, I've been involved in the script meetings for the TV anime production, overseeing the settings and attending the recordings. Now, I'm looking forward to the broadcast as a fan rather than just the original author. I hope to interact with you in real-time using X, so let's enjoy and get excited together for the second season of "Seirei Gensouki 2"! Let's have fun together!
Also, just recently, the audiobook of volume 1 of the "Seirei Gensouki" original work has been released on Amazon. The audiobook is a service where voice actors read the text of the book aloud, allowing you to experience reading through listening. If you'd like to enjoy the original novel of Seirei Gensouki in audio form, I would be happy if you check that out as well. It's great for commutes or as a companion while sleeping.
