"W-Wow...!"

Elayne was amazed by everything that had changed and improved within her. She felt much stronger, perhaps even larger, and she had accumulated a fair amount of Spiritual Energy Reserves.

"My Skills leveled up, my Cultivation Method reached a higher grade, and I gained a lot of bonus stats from my Spiritual Heart and Soul becoming stronger. And that’s without considering the Soul Treasures and a new Skill! Cyclical Energy Conversion? Oh, I see—this is the power to constantly cycle energy and convert it into new types to maximize energy consumption, huh?"

Elayne then decided to summon Bianca and compare her to the nails, which she was also able to summon somehow. Her roots remained the same even when she did.

"Wow, what is this?" she wondered. "It feels as if I’m summoning the nails even though they were nailed into my soul... is this because they merged with my soul? So even when I summon them like this, their effects remain in my soul... that’s amazing."

She summoned the nails. Each one was a meter long, made of white stone, engraved with cursed runes, and radiating ghostly spiritual energy.

"Unlike my Spirit Soul Weapon, Soul Treasures must be pre-existing Treasures refined into Soul Treasures," Elayne realized quickly. "Meanwhile, Spirit Soul Treasures are created the moment they’re summoned."

She didn’t have a target to test them on, so she retrieved the nails back into her soul and sat down, sighing. Noticing nobody was nearby, she walked outside and found her people working in the fields or mining resources.

Mark was close to the house, plowing the fields with several skeletons and zombies. Sailor and Orkus were chatting with him, laughing together. Elayne realized they had likely become friends.

"I passed out... Well, it’s a relief everything is okay," she sighed. "Huh?"

Just then, a new notification appeared.

Ding!

[Congratulations, inhabitant of the Netherworld. You have become qualified to ascend above your peers and obtain a Class.]

[To obtain your Class, you must touch a special Class Changing Stone inside a Town.]

"Wait! What?!" Elayne gasped. "Wow, I can finally get a Class and keep leveling! W-Wait... System, don’t go yet! Tell me where I can find a Class Changing Stone!"

[Displaying Map to the nearest Class Changing Stone.]

Suddenly, a map appeared before Elayne, manifesting in holographic light. It showed the Domain’s current location, close to a large river of nether flowing south.

Farther away, a few kilometers ahead, was a town built inside the gigantic white tooth of a titan. The entire structure gleamed white.

An icon resembling a green crystal appeared, marking the presence of a Class Changing Crystal.

"We were planning to go to White Tooth Village anyway, so this is perfect. Wow, we’re really close—we might arrive in about an hour."

"E-Elayne? You’re awake!"

"Ah!"

Elayne stepped back as Mark ran toward her. He quickly caught her in his giant arms, lifting her up.

"Hahaha! Mark! Yes, I’m awake. Sorry for worrying you so much," Elayne giggled. "A lot happened, huh? I’m still processing everything, but I’ve expanded my roots a lot more."

"You have! But you overdid it and passed out—we were all so worried," he sighed. "Please take care of your health, especially your soul. We might be undead, but what you did was very dangerous. Granny Yaga said that undead only pass out when they suffer great damage to their souls."

"I’m sorry... Maybe I did overdo it, but it helped me grow," Elayne admitted. "Look, I’m even stronger now."

"I can tell," Mark nodded, crossing his arms. "But don’t try to change the subject."

"Okay, okay, I understand, Mark... don’t be mad at me," Elayne sighed. "Anyway, look!" She showed her beloved the spirit crystal she had obtained.

"Hm? What’s that... Mysterious... SPIRIT CRYSTAL?!" Mark shouted. "N-No way! I thought those didn’t even grow here! How?!"

"I know, right?! I thought the same, but when I went to sleep, I entered some magical forest land and spoke to a giant mountain lady. Then I met some primitive plant people, and after I offered them vegetables and fruits, a little girl from the tribe gifted me this!" Elayne explained hurriedly, leaving Mark even more confused.

"H-Huh? Really?" He was skeptical, given how ridiculous it sounded. "What was that place? You brought a crystal from a dream?"

"It’s complicated. Not even I was sure, but apparently there’s something like a goddess inside my soul. She was fragmented into three pieces—two are inside me, and the other is somewhere else, likely with Thanatos."

"..."

"And there’s a whole world around that goddess I visited," Elayne continued. "And then..."

She spent an hour telling Mark everything she had experienced there. He would have thought it was all a dream if not for the crystal she had brought back, proving her story true.

"That’s so much to process," Mark said. "But it seems our circumstances have changed drastically. If there’s truly such a being inside your soul, and even a world you can visit, then we could retrieve materials and information from there. You might even ask her for favors—like granting you more Spell Formulas for complicated Spells we don’t know yet."

"Hm, yeah, you’re right," Elayne nodded. "I’ll try to use the spell to go there again."

"Can you teach me the spell too? I want to help if possible," Mark asked.

"Oh! Okay!" Elayne agreed. "Here, I’ll write it on this stone slab..."

She wrote it down. It wasn’t an easy spell formula, but once Mark read it, he memorized it. He lacked Elayne’s ability to imprint spells into his soul, so he scribbled it onto his own bones to ensure he wouldn’t forget.

"Okay, it’s done," he nodded. "I’ll tell everyone else you woke up. Let’s have a banquet to celebrate. I’ll cook using the Cooking Magic Spells you taught me, so just sit down and relax. I’ve been practicing a lot."

"Aw, thank you," Elayne smiled, kissing him. "I saw a map the system showed me, and it seems we’re just a couple of hours from White Tooth Village. I think we should investigate it once we’re done with the banquet—maybe tomorrow. We need to look for maps, books, food, and resources."

"Oh, that’s great news," Mark nodded. "I guess it’s finally time for us to step out into the world once more... I’m nervous."

"Me too, but we have to," Elayne said.
